CLEVA CRETE is seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a strong understanding of the construction and concrete industry.
This role focuses on building trusted relationships with builders, engineers, concrete plants and project stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and supporting projects from early engagement through to delivery.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience in business development or sales within construction, concrete or related industries

• Are confident communicating with technical and site-based stakeholders

• Understand project timelines, specifications and quality requirements

• Are commercially minded, proactive and relationship-driven

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the road, on site and at the table early in a project’s life cycle.

As we expand we are looking for Casual Concrete Truck Dosers and Concrete Slab Testers to support our operations across batching plants and construction sites.

This role is ideal if you:

• Have experience working on construction sites or in concrete production

• Are reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented

• Are comfortable with early starts and hands-on work

• Want flexible, casual work within a growing company

Experience in concrete, batching plants or materials testing is highly regarded, but training is provided.
